3 hour service took a little over 6 hours. During this time the dealership never once called us to give us any kind of update. Then when we picked up the vehicle the tires had NOT been rotated but we were sure charged for it. Our service tech was Jonathan Ortiz and flat lied on the paperwork. We have some minor rim damage on one of our tires and the tires had not been touched. Makes me wonder if ANY of the work he signed off on had been done at all.
