  • This company is sounded like a great deal when I looked up their website on yelp. Had awesome reviews and their price seemed fair $155 per hour with no additional fees(they don't tell you there is a minimum of 2hrs by the way until the person shows up with the paperwork the day of the move) so I decided to go with them. I lived in a 780sqft apartment on the second floor with elevator access that's a few steps away from where my apt is located. I had a few large items (bedroom set and couch) with other miscellaneous items. The company I used to move into this apartment took about 1 1/2hrs with 3 movers I couldn't remember the name so I could use them again otherwise I would have. So I was estimating about the same amount of time therefore I planned budgeting $300 plus tip...When dose showed up at my place I spoke with Victor most of the time and when I was signing the agreement that's when I saw the fine print of Min of 2hrs which wasn't a big deal so i signed away. They started their job at 8:50am all 3 gentlemen were very friendly. I noticed that their pace wasn't very quick instead they were taking quite a while compared to how the previous company I had used. They took about 1.75 hrs to load everything I'm not even sure how this possible. Once everything was loaded Victor tells me that their truck broke down that their battery had died and wanted to use my car to recharge their battery, this is very unprofessional we are talking about a hughe truck compared to a small car! I refused so they got a jump start from a Uhaul that was next to them from one of my neighbors of the complex that was also moving out. I decided to get ahead of them and go to the place it took them about 15 min to get there the place is only literally 3 min away (around the block). They were able to unload everything within an hour! I could tell that they finally had picked up speed! This is the speed they should had been working in the first place! When it came to signed the paper Work they tell me they told me they stopped the clock at 1130! I was surprised that they didn't deduct the time they took to restart their truck! This was not my fault! I decided not to report this to a manager or to them this instead I decided to write a review about this company! They are unfair and they seem to take their time to take your money! I was very unsatisfied with the moving prices and the whole truck situation, I can say nothing was broken and the guys were friendly but that's it do expect to pay a higher rate when you can actually save going with another company that are quick fast and efficient!
