  • Just had the kindest , most helpful TSA supervisor agent's assistance. A mistake was made on our boarding passes that could have been a huge problem. We were checked in as other family members on a different flight.Carter assisted us personally, for 3 different events during the straightening out process. 3 times I had to go back to him for further problems from the mistake. He was extremely patient, kind, professional, knowledgeable with both me and my 87 year old husband. I am so very very grateful to him. He should acknowledged for doing an exemplary job, with a great deal of compassion. Carter, thank you from the bottom of my heart and may the Lord Bless you deeply.
