  • First of all. So many opinions regarding this place. I will start off with the good. My daughter had her 6th year birthday party here and has attended 2 or 3 parties here. The girls, including my daughter, consistently love it. Pros: you don't have to have your party at home (with mess and clean up), someone does all the entertaining for you, the girls always have fun. Now to the ugly about this place... it's grossly overpriced. The owner, Cindy or maybe her name was DeNice (which I had a good chuckle her name actually has the word "nice" in it), nickles and dimes for EVERYTHING. When I booked the party, I mentioned to the owner that I had a coupon for $25.00 off toward a toy. She seemed fine with what I told her until the day of the party when it came time to pick out a toy and she wanted to quibble over 5 bucks. In her condescending tone, "the coupon was for $20.00 not $25.00. We'll give it to you this time." By the way, when I got home, I found the coupon. It was for $25.00! 'Scuse me, I've paid over 500 dollars to have a small party there and she wants to fight over 5 dollars? Their policy is also if a child does not show or is sick that day, you will still be charged 25 dollars if they're a part of the count. Be forewarned. I knew that going in but I got burned by a few no show's which was frustrating. We attended a party several months later. I did not purchase a gift there because they're overpriced and it's obnoxious how they encourage you to do a registry like your freaking six year old is getting married! That day, we were hurried and I had my gift all ready in the gift bag but I asked the manager for A piece of tape to tape my gift receipt. She actually interrogated me on why I needed a piece of tape. After I explained to her I just needed a little teensy weensy piece of tape to tape my gift receipt, she tried to dissuade me from needing a piece of tape. I said, "well, I really don't want it to get lost". She huffed and puffed and the evil little wolf got me a piece of tape but I had to work for it! It's a shame management is so nasty and nickel and dime. The hired help (the girls who run the party) is awesome and your girls are sure to have a great time. I probably won't do another party there just because the management/ownership is insufferable.
