  • I've been dealing with this Verizon reseller for a number of years, with my service ranging from adequate to below-average. This time it was worse and I will now only go to the Verizon corporate stores. Deceptive and dishonest sales tactics. The only reason I am giving them a second star is because the young woman who helped me when I returned one of the devices that I never wanted in the first place was very nice. Otherwise, every interaction I had at this store was poor. Avoid!
