  • Yoga Tree is hands down my favourite spot to do Yoga in the GTA. I've tried others but have found that nothing compares. The teachers are welcoming, helpful and inspiring and the classes that are taught range from L1 to L3. They are always challenging students and encouraging me to my fullest potential. Now that they have opened the studio in Vaughan it is very convenient but not only that it is stunning! You walk into a huge open lounge area where couches and complementary tea is available. They have made the lockers unisex and although can get a bit cramped they have plenty of free lockable lockers. The have two large studios one heated and one non heated. The change rooms are big with washrooms and showers included, they even have a little beauty bar with hair dryers. I have been attending class with Michelle on Monday and Wednesday afternoons. She allows you to focus on your practice with her breathing techniques and adjusts you when needed, which is great because you can really feel the difference. I can not say enough good things about Yoga Tree! I can't wait until they open up their fifth location, downtown east. Namaste!
