  • I am positive the person that said they were very satisfied with the professionalism was a staff member! I had another one of my pools that was done by another company and the job was superior compared to the job Peak Pool did. They did not take the entire surface down like the other company did they just kind of like pitted it and when they put the new surface on it was sooooo thin and not smooth. Also, they knew that the pumps had a hole in it and never bothered to fix it. They came out and said they did but the main reason was to fix the hole in pump they said that was an extra charge, so if not fixing the hole what did they fix $$$? They never showed up when they said they would PERIOD! They also should of put the right amount of chemicals in the pool for the plaster to be right but they just dropped the hose in and they were gone! So many other companies out there to choose from that won't rip you off like this company!
