Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed one night. First off, the "manager" checked me in under the wrong name. Went downstairs to get that checked out. Said she swiped my card again and t was declined(mind you, my card was in my wallet in my room). Moving on to later that evening. Partner called to see if we could have pizza delivered up to the room. She told him to put me on the phone and she went on to tell me that she only charged me for one night and that I would have to come up with a payment by noon the next day. At that point, I'm beyond frustrated. My reservation clearly had 2 nights booked. Fast forward to that night. Guests are running up and down the halls, the guests above me are walking around heavily all night into the early morning hours. Around 12:30 or 1a, a certain guests wants to bang on the door, waking me up out of my sleep. Of course I wasn't gonna let him in because after looking in the peep hole and getting a glance at him, I instantly feared for my safety. Called the front desk and told them there's a guy at my door and he needs to be removed. Took them a while to come up but they did tell him to leave. Woke up later that morning and looked down the hall and saw him standing at the end of the hall with no shoes on. So at that moment, I knew it was time for me to leave. This hotel isn't worth the money nor the aggravation from the "ghetto guests". They need to invest in staff who KNOW what they're doing.
