Again! Long wait times, poor customer service, and employees that are not professional. After waiting for over an hour we finally got someone to help with frames before the exams. She started helping us and then she said "I'll be right back" and we waited and waited while she helping another employee with a Spanish speaking customer. I finally asked the woman that looked like she was in charge and all she said was as soon as I have a tech available they'll be with you. WTF? I had someone and now the other customer has 2 employees and I'm waiting and waiting. We got called back to see the Dr. and we just left our frames we brought in just sit there. The girl that was helping us didn't even acknowledge me. This isn't the first time I've had long wait times. I have 7 Family members going to Pearle Vision on Rainbow and LakeMead. I think Lens crafters just got 7 new customers.
