  • Came here because my lower back was hurting extremely bad. I can barely move. They refused to do an mri and sent me home. It's fine that they couldn't give me an mri because they reserve the machine for stroke patients only but they didn't even help get me comfortable or give me anything at all for pain... not even ib profin or Tylenol while I was there, or a prescription... they did give me two muscle relaxants to take home. After four hour of being miserable I left without knowing what was wrong with me and still in pain. My chiropractor ordered an mri for me and it took over a week for me to get in and another week for results due to the holidays prolonging it. Turns out I have two bulging disks and one herniated disk in my lower back. I was miserable for weeks because these people refused to help me but still charged me up the wahoo for sitting in their uncomfortable bed for four hours. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I would never recommend their ER to anyone else. I should also add that they didn't even offer a blanket... wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't freezing in there and although the nurse was nice she didn't show up until after the dr lol.
