  • Just to update! I received a call yesterday and one of the girls was just checking up on my full set. I explained I wasn't happy with them and that I was actually really disappointed. The girl I spoke with talked to a manager and they offered me a free correction. Which was really nice. I went in this evening and the girl I saw was again nice, nothing over the top when it came to customer service (I'm big on that) but she did a good job. I believe her name was Chrisiana? Not sure if I'm spelling that right, so sorry! I just explained what I wanted and that was about the whole conversation. She did put some more lashes and make them fuller and I'm actually pretty happy with them now. So thanks for offering the correction. I feel like I got what I paid for now.
