  • Again negative stars would be too much for these retards. Very seldom was I forced to deal with Ontrac, but the 4-5 times I have were an absolute nightmare. I get a lot of UPS/FedEx shipments, and the driver's are nice and never have an issue finding my house. It's not hard to find. However, the short bus graduates schlepping for Ontrac are apparently unable to get packages here. Even after calling their "customer service" number and explaining that there is no "South" on my street address, they still deliver to the identical address with "South" in the address. Even after TALKING TO THE DRIVER, they still attempted delivery to the wrong address. One good example from last year. Ordered a radiator for my truck, which came from California. Initial delivery time said 2 days (which, by the end of this, had about 25 lines of status updates). Took over a week to finally get it, and a ton of phone calls. I ended up with a mangled box that looked like it had tumbled down an escalator for 5 days. Radiator looked fine, but of course, when I installed it, all my expensive Toyota coolant started leaking all over the floor out of a busted end tank seam. The seller would not use another shipper, so I got to repeat the process 2 more times because the next radiator arrived damaged, too. All in all, it took me over 3 weeks to get my truck running again, because of Ontrac's incompetence (the seller sucked ass, too). Numerous other issues with the odd order from Amazon or other Cali based merchants that use Ontrac. Mostly late packages, having to give the driver directions, unprofessional drivers (beat up unmarked Ford Ranger and sketchy dude is not a good company image) and having items that REQUIRE a signature by the merchant left without even ringing the doorbell. I seriously think they just throw shit on my porch and bail as fast as possible. Even my dogs don't bark when they do finally deliver something. These guys would make great burglars. I refuse all Ontrac shipments now, and I'm happy to pay more for the seller to use a reputable, reliable shipper for my orders. If you ever see something shipped Ontrac, either call the seller and cancel your order and tell them you won't deal with this shit company, or be prepared for a long, arduous process to get your item. The 12-15 Ontrac success stories on the internet don't negate the thousands of negative experiences with them. You've been warned...
