  • Usually go to the location down the block but I was walking with my puppy and it is near my job. Walked up and checked out the menu and backed goods for a moment, as to no one was at the counter. Saw your employees appear. All waking around and talking to one another. I stood with a smile trying to make eye contact with one of them. No one even looked my direction. I continues to wait. 5 minutes and not even a greeting, seated customers had even noticed me there. I decided to walk out. As I'm walking out a woman is walking in, I decided to look back to see if she had my same issue with receiving assistance. She was helped immediately. It is fair to say that I will never be back here.
