  • YUCK. This is a low-end, dirty hole in the wall. The appliances and tools all looked grimey, and had a film of nail dust. YUCK, could not get out of there fast enough and wash my hands. I had a shellac mani, applied so thickly that it peeled off within 5 days. I was very uncomfortable while there. As I looked around at the staff, perhaps 10 or 15 women (speaking Vietnamese ?), I wondered how many were working for slave wages, or not paid at all. Chic Nails is the opposite of a luxury salon.
