  • Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I'm down in St Martin after Hurricane Irma and even though I told the Bank of America where I was on 3 occasions they shut off my card leaving me stranded on a island with no access to money in the very worsts ways. I can't buy food or things needed just to live in a hurricane damaged island. Please think twice before using them, they aren't helpful or caring in anyway. I'm now begging loved ones to help me to just maintain which is even more difficult. I beg you, don't trust Bank of America ever !!!!
