  • I would give them zero stars if I could. You can't browse the glasses on your own. You have to point to the glasses you want to try on, try that one pair on, and then give that pair back before you can try on another pair. This is fine except that they seem to get irritated when you can't articulate why a pair of glasses doesn't appeal to you. The older staff/office manager seemed to bicker with the younger staff member--she would correct her in front of others and had to one-up her all the time. It was a tense atmosphere.
