  • Worst ever customer service. The lady was very rude. After waiting for 20-25 mins, I was called. What happens next is quite interesting. I asked I want 1 inches left on the sides (which is what their notes said as well), however the lady suggested that she cannot do that by scissors as her fingers are too big for doing 1 inch!! I tried to convince her that I have never faced this kind of issue in the Cactus Rd Great Clips where I am visiting since 1.5 years now. And never in my life have I been told that. However, she didn't seem interested, and was happy to let me go to Cactus Rd. Worse part is that she did not even ask any other stylists to help me (there were at least 5 more there). I left to never return back. I don't recommend anyone to visit this salon unless you have no other option left.
