  • These people have bots post positive reviews and delete all negative reviews. I have stored at this facility for many years. When Trojan bought this facility a couple of years ago, they fired the nice, helpful managers and hired rude, difficult people. At the beginning of January, they deducted the monthly payment. They then sent an e-mail stating they are changing their billing system. They refunded that payment. I made a second payment a few days later. Now I have a late payment notice. We will be moving anyway, but I will never do business with Trojan again and suggest you think twice before using this facility.
