  • BEWARE!! I had batteries replaced in two watches. I ask how waterproof the watches would be after having the backs removed. Steve, an employee, told me that i could shower with them on. The morning after i showered with one of them, the inside of the crystal was completely soaked. I took the watch back in and it was opened to dry it out. After drying out overnight the watch would not run. The store called me and told me that the watch would have to be sent to the certified Seiko watch repair company at my cost. After getting nowhere with this closed-minded witch, the owner, (p)rick setterberg, completely refused to repair the watch or send the watch out for repairs at his expense. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE WHEN THEY THINK YOU WILL BUY SOMETHING, BUT REFUSE TO STAND BEHIND THEIR SCREW UPS.
