| - We had an appointment to get our dog groomed at 9:00am so that my husband could drop him off on his way to work. The day before, I received a voicemail from Woof Gang reminding me of our appointment. Karla said, "You are scheduled for 9:00 tomorrow. If you can get here earlier, like 8:00, that would be great. But if not, we'll just see you at 9:00." We couldn't reschedule and I assumed there was nothing else I needed to do as she said "if not, see you at 9:00." My husband showed up with our dog at our scheduled appointment time. No one was there. He waited and waited. Nothing. He let me know what was going on so I started calling. After maybe 3 attempts, the groomer answered the phone. She said we had missed our 8:00 appointment so they had taken in another dog and couldn't do ours now. I explained that our appointment was for 9:00, not 8:00, and I even had a voicemail confirming it. She just kept repeating, "I don't do the scheduling. We have you down for 8:00. Nothing I can do." No apology, no attempt to fix the situation. TERRIBLE customer service. My husband had to bring our dog back home and was an hour late to work. Nothing to show for our appointment but missed work, not even an apology.
Update: Received a call from Rachel (the manager?) After explaining the confusion (which seemed to just be miscommunication on their end) she offered to see our dog at another time. Not convenient for us, and at this point we would just rather spend our money elsewhere.
