Wow! I was reluctant to find a honda dealer when I moved here but a recall came and the work needed to be done. The reviews of the two dealers near me weren't the best. I finally gave superstition springs honda a call.
They got the car right in and gave me the name of the person who would be helping me.
The work was completed on time. If they had bent over backwards any farther they'd have done a flip. There were snacks and beverages in the waiting area for anyone wanting them. There was a number posted clearly in the waiting area to contact a manager if there was any problem at all; time, attitude, workmanship, costs.
They checked the car over and gave it a clean bill of health. Generally when I take it in they suddenly find all kinds of things that really should be fixed. Senior women learn to expect that. To top the whole thing off they even washed the car for me.
I'll be back.
Goes to show me that negatives reviews should be a guide but not a red flag.
