  • Disappointed. I called before I came in to have my TV looked at and specifically asked how much they charged to look at. I was told they could come to us for $100 OR if I brought it in, there wasn't a charge. I brought it in. First, there wasn't a soul in sight for several minutes and when someone finally did greeted me, I was told there IS a charge of $49 to diagnose it. I ended up leaving.
