  • How hard is it to find a good trans builder..eh..hard..how hard is it to find an honest one ..harder.. Meet Jim :) I've been through a couple trans builders with my hobby and a whole lot of transmissions. I've brought him small jobs that other shops tried to sell me a entire trans for and he was more than willing to take my 150 rather than 1700 to get me on the way with what I actually needed. I appreciate a shop that can handle diagnosis and not throw parts "and my money" at the problem. He is also handling my all too often needs in my rock crawler .. Thanks for always fitting me in and your advice Jim. 5 stars do not come easy and neither does a great transmission shop .. But here before your over lit dying battery tablet or cell phone is just that. As a bonus he looks like Richard off Fast and Loud, that's a third solid reason to go here lol
