  • Was excellent facility 3 years ago, but has experienced significant leadership and staff turnover in past 6 months resulting in subpar care for residents in the Memory Care portion of the facility. Due to care concerns, I moved my parent out of the facility recently. Coupled with a significant price increase (not competitive with other local options), it may be best to avoid it until/unless senior leadership changes and the situation improves. There are many excellent and caring staff members not in the leadership positions trying to be part of the solution, but they have been stymied by some leaders. Here's hoping they can help restore MPSL to the quality facility it was previously, but to do that the parent company, Spectrum, needs to be paying attention and get involved.
