  • I contacted Chance back in April, which is when I used his service. I found him on Yelp. I live in California but have a rental in Las Vegas. Since I was not at the rental, all communication was done through phone, text message or email. My tenant needed a Shower faucet trim kit, which parts run between $50 to $75. $75 would be TOPS! When Chance arrived at my property he took pictures with his cell phone & sent them me, of the work to be done. Then he called me & gave me an estimate of $400. I agreed & he did the work. Chance does quality work, as I know because he sent me pictures when finished. I admire Chance for his great communication skills! I just feel the pricing was a little steep for a simple plumbing job
