Food: The sashimi and sushi here are usually fresh, albeit on the pricy side. Non-sushi dishes (e.g. any sort of soup based item or udon) are hit-or-miss, but more of a miss. Green tea ice cream is a nice touch. If you get hot sake here, note that they microwave the sake, and it doesn't taste quite right.
Service: As others have said, service can be fairly slow and inattentive. If you order large-scale items in-house, such as the sushi-sashimi boat, they're much faster and nicer to you (this is what I usually do).
Ambiance: Great decor, but very typical "Japanese" style, with wood everywhere. Lighting is really good, and there are a few more private seating areas near the bar that are better for small gatherings.
Tip: You can get your mall parking garage ticket validated here so that you can park for free.
