Been here a bunch of times and now finally writing a review.
Anyone scared of needles? Don't be. Everytime I come in it's a smooth process. The staff really knows what they're doing - I mean c'mon they're doing it everyday.
There's different types of donations and I can never remember which one's which. Though the one I do remember is the shortest and simplest one: Whole blood donation. On my recent visit the draw of a pint (I think) took only a few minutes! Compare that to the time I did a platelet (I think) that took over an hour (they even have tablets so you can watch Netflix, nice!).
When you're done, rest a few minutes and grab a cookie on the way out. Sometimes they'll even have giveaways like show tickets or a meal discount.
Very cool and effortless way to save a life.
