  • Last week, snow accumulation in my wheel barrel turned to ice over night. I was not aware that I was trying to drive through it and ended up rupturing my brake fluid supply and ruining my callipers on two tires..long story short, my dash lights indicated that it was unsafe to drive and I had my XC70 towed to Leikin Volvo. They took great care to fix the issue and gave me a heads up on some normal wear that I should just monitor. No added gimmicks, just friendly and prompt service. Once my vehicle was ready, the condition of my carpet was an unexpected surprise. Of course, dealerships usually give it a once over and vacuum, etc.. But MY carpet and weatherproof floor mats that I had muddied so badly with my snow boots..and I mean, badly pooled and MUDDIED, was detailed so well that it looked brand-sparkling NEW. They definitely went the distance to get my carpet this clean :) Kudos to the detailing crew and a big thanks for Leikin Volvo for restoring my ride. It drives better than it did, even before this snow related incident. Awesome!
