Drove two hours to purchase a vehicle. Turns out they had posted features that the vehicle did not actually have (I have screenshots) Used sales manager indicated it was not their responsibility to have accurate ads. Tells me to have a nice day, then later writes me a passive aggressive apology email telling me what a great deal I passed up (comps on the same vehicle way lower regardless of KBB). Needs managerial training (David Wilkinson)... "I'm sorry, but it's your fault for believing our ads, sorry we are not all perfect" is not the best way to gain customer confidence. Unreal... he also didn't spell Tucson correctly. Customer service...accuracy, it goes a long way Bell Ford. I wouldn't recommend buying floor mats from this place. Wasted day of driving, and wasted a tank of gas.
