  • If I could replace my blood with coffee, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'm constantly craving more sleep, but that won't happen so I rely on coffee to fuel this brain for my busy days. My school I teach at had Joe 2 Go come right before field day for Teacher Appreciation Week. I don't think I've ever felt more appreciated in my life when I took a sip of this coffee. Seriously, it's some of the best I ever had. I also like that they have other options like smoothies and teas, as well as non-dairy milk and sugar-free flavors. I got a Dirty Chai because I'm obsessed with them and I loved that the spiciness of the chai was still apparent even with the shot. The espresso was smooth and velvety. All together, it was well-balanced and I wish I had gotten a larger size because of how delicious my coffee was. I need to find this truck again ASAP because I don't know if I can only have this once a year.
