  • rules on top of rules on top of rules first of all.. the staff weren't friendly at all, they didn't crack a smile or nothing. which is whatever, but they just kinda made you feel stupid!!!!! I also was there for no more than 5 minutes literally, fell down wrong when I was jumping and completely broke my ankle, they didn't really care. they did bring me ice, but didn't help me down the steps..nothing when we were leaving I was expecting maybe a "im sorry to what happened to your ankle, feel better. oh and hey here's a free jump on us when you're feeling better" no, I just got a "bye!" especially because we paid what we paid for an hour, my girlfriend and I, and literally left 10 minutes after.. showed no compassion. I do not recommend this place, and when I feel better I will go to flip n out
