| - After I waited 6 months for a roman shade, got every excuse in the book from Heather, it was in process, it is being worked on, it will be here soon, on and on, in the end it was even made wrong. I asked her for a refund and she agreed! I never got the refund. She had my deposit of $424 for 6 months, then said she would process the paperwork the next day and get back to me and I have never heard another word from her. I called my credit card company I paid the deposit on, and filed a dispute for the $424 and the credit card company refunded my money to me. I had to write a letter with all the details of what happened and what I had gone through. The credit card company refunded my money even after 6 months. So if you are having trouble getting your money back and you paid your deposit with a credit card, try disputing the charge! That seems the be the only way you will get your money back. Very dishonest company in my case. I returned the shade that was made wrong, sent it back with the installer, so I had no product, it was returned to them and they had my deposit for 6 months and they still didn't give me a refund even though Heather said she would. The credit card company gave me my refund through filing a dispute!
