  • these guys are a class act. lauren came by to do a consult with us and meet our dogs when we first signed up. at first, i didn't know if i would be too comfortable leaving not only a credit card number on file, but also a copy of my house key with a complete stranger... but after chatting with her, and talking with her about the service, i was at ease. fetch has taken care of my two dogs several times over the year. one of my dogs, who is now deceased, was very "special needs". he was losing his vision. he had some dementia going on. he was also diabetic. (yeah, it sucks to get old.) the fetch crew were always good about making sure he was well taken care of, and if they weren't sure about what he needed, they called or texted me right away. i felt like they really cared about him. on their visits, they filled out forms letting me know how each pet did. they took pictures of my pups and texted me with an update. they even brought in my packages from ups that were sitting on the porch. i seriously cannot recommend them highly enough. they put my mind completely at rest, knowing my pets are very well cared for in my absence.
