  • Bryan charged me for a "diagnosis" when other contractors gave me complementary estimates and advice. I scheduled follow up with Bryan to do the work and he was a no show, waisting my time. Ultimately hired someone else who did not agree with his "diagnosis" and used another approach to correcting my sprinkler problem . Within a few days he demanded his $80.00 for his initial visit. I found him to be completely rude and unprofessional.
