  • The logic behind my three stars is as follows: 5 star for the burger 1 star for the service. I realize it's a busy restaurant but I'm not sure how it could take 40 minutes to make our burgers. It was also discouraging when our neighboring table sat down after us and they got their food before us and left before we got our burger... Maybe because we ordered some beer is why they took so long but we wanted cold beer with a good burger. By the time our burger came out beer has warmed a bit... I'm not sure if our order just got lost or entered wrong but for a high class restaurant it sure sucked. Onto the food: (once it arrived) the truffle fries are out of the world! They come with their house ketchup and maybe truffle mayo? It wasn't too crisp but it wasn't soggy either! We ordered one order and it was plenty for the three of us mainly because the burger was big! I recommend the first burger I think it was hell burger? It's the one with roasted jalapeños. Hands down that has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. The meat was cooked perfectly medium and the roasted jalapeños with the avocado was such a good texture! Add fries and ketchup and it was an excellent meal. However I value service as well and while I would like to come back.. I doubt it.
