  • Small simple restaurant. No decor. No greeting. You seat yourself. No expression on the owners. Spring rolls are bleah. Pho rice noodles...More noodles...Where the meat at??? $25 meal didn't really fill us up. We only came here because no one greeted us on the other side at Pho Quinn. Be warned.
