  • I tried to go to Mr Smog this morning. I pulled in to ask about vehicle orientation and before I could inquire the person working there yelled, "Can't you read? Can't you see the arrow?" My intention was to confirm that I need to pull around or back in as the street entrance I came in did not put me in correct arrow orientation. I certainly can read and I'm smart enough to take my business elsewhere and told him as much. He just yelled good and waved me off. First customer interaction was beyond rude. I was pretty shocked. I don't think anyone has ever been that horrifically unprofessional with me in a business setting before. I went down the street to AA auto care and they were fast and unfailingly polite.
