  • I must say, I just had the most pleasant experience in your store. We came in and were greeted with the most genuine kind smile. Her name was Madelynn. My friend just got a new job and needed some new attire. She offered to measure him even though he thought he knew his size, he was wrong. Good thing we were lucky enough to be assisted by Madelynn. She showed us everything possible and even suggested some things online. As the Customer Service Manager at Nordstrom, I truly appreciate the service she provided to my friend and I. It was such a seamless experience and it's hard to find good people like her nowadays. I will definitely shop this location when I come back to Arizona, all because of Madelynn.
