  • Horrible experience, would not recommend to my worst enemy. Booked a king bedroom and was given 2 doubles in the room. When I went down to the desk to switch, they told me I had to pay extra to switch last minute. Walls are paper thin, could hear everything going on in the rooms next to me. Bar/restaurant food was atrocious. Food had zero taste and was a waste of money. Do not order from there. Went down to the pool to get in the Jacuzzi and almost burned myself. Hot tub was scolding hot! There was not 1 sign posted anywhere about it being out of order. When we went up to the front desk to complain they said "Oh we thought you knew it was out of order." How would I know that? They sent a maintenance guy down to check it out and he told us the water temperature was at 110 degrees! At this point we had had enough and asked to speak with a manager. We were told the Director of Housing would be in the next morning and we could speak with her. Of course when we went to the front desk the next morning they had no idea what was going on and didn't know anything about the Director of Housing. We left our phone number for her to call us. Never received a call from anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE!
