  • Impeccable service, timely repair, Mr. Nix kept his word throughout the overnight fix. ~~~~~~~~~ I was driving back home and noticed that my window on the driver side door is not going up! Quickly, I scooted over to Chapman and they took a look at the vehicle, laying out a repair plan in a matter of minutes. Because I was still under warranty, I was able to get a loaner car for free and immediately. The next morning, I had just gotten out of bed and poured a cup of coffee when I got a phone call from Mr. Nix. My vehicle was fixed! Pick up before 5 PM was the only stipulation. I can't say enough good things about this visit to Chapman's service facility! They turned a bad situation into a good one!
