UPDATE: Presidential reached out to me after this review. They asked for my reservations number(s) so they could look further into the situation. Guess what fellow Yelpers? No response after that. They have not contacted me back after. So here I am again, updating my review. It really is too bad that in six months they went from being five stars to one star. It looks like I am going to be taking my business elsewhere. I hope everyone else has better luck.
Uh oh. Poor Presidential Limo has really dropped the ball. My original five star review has now been knocked down. Here's why:
Inconsistent. Absolutely the most inconsistent business I have ever encountered. Some times I call or reserve online (where I have an account) and all is well. Not a single issue. Then other times they tell me I'm "out of their boundary", even though I am being picked up from THE EXACT SAME LOCATION. If you book online, the rules are completely different from what they say on the phone. The passengers are pre loaded online and a sedan specifically says four people. I've had four people in one of their sedans before. Then the next weekend I was told that was absolutely "illegal". I've had drivers tell me I can request a non amenity limo before...I call... They say they have no such thing. It's Ming boggling.
My most recent incident is that I am "just outside their boundaries" and they want to charge me $72 for a one hour ride in a sedan. This must be a joke. You're going to charge a local time and a half for living in town? So, if I'm a visitor staying on the strip for a weekend, with no account, not getting rides 2+ times a month, you're going to charge me less than you would a local? No. Thanks.
Places like this better be terrified of Lyft and Uber. Locals are going to be able to get all around for pennies on the dollar supporting other local people.
