| - Made the trek out here when the day got too hot to be outside. I got here right when they opened so I was the first visitor of the day, and really enjoyed it.
The bartender was Dustin (Justin?) and was super helpful and friendly. I ordered a tasting of four 5-oz. beers, and he gladly picked the beers for me based on my tastes. I tried the Yankee Buzzard, Psychops, Zenith, and Ol' Reliable (I had already tried my favorite, the Blister in the Sun, at a local pub). The beers all had really nice flavor and were clean and balanced
My only criticism is that because of the humidity, the last one I tried was not very cold by the time I got to it. It's not their fault, it's just that it was so stinkin' hot outside.
Speaking of the outside, this brewery has a gorgeous location. If I was a local, this would be a regular stop for me on a beautiful fall or spring day. Sipping a beer, sitting on an adirondack chair, hanging out with your pup (oh yeah, you can bring your pup!)--what else could a girl want?
