  • I have been in the car business for 15 years, and still dread buying a car. After calling in a day before and not getting any kind of response after being promised I would get a call back I called in frustrated at the service I had received. Sebastian answered, apologized, and put up with all my questions patiently. I then proceeded to visit another dealer closer to me under the same ownership to shop and honestly felt a little disrespected. So I shuttled my wife and 9 month old across town in traffic to their other location. Sebastian had the car I had asked for pulled up drove my wife in a couple cars, and shot me straight on all the numbers I requested on a few different vehicles. His patience impressed me and although you always feel like you could have gotten a better deal I am happy with my purchase, and hope it was at least partially profitable for Sebastian's sake. The whole staff there was very friendly and professional from finance all the way through until the end. I will continue to service my car here, and will probably be back to replace my car when the time comes.
