| - For a plain jane room, center strip, you can't really go wrong. The hotel show's its age in its older suites in the Indigo tower.. but because of it's price during some of the weekends, its hard to beat this place.
The check in is real slow. Front desk seems ill trained and unequipped to handle the rush of check in's. On a Saturday afternoon, the queue line weaved 3 times OUTSIDE the actual queue line, with only 4 people checking people in, one person dedicated to their diamond's club. Very ill-prepared. People must have called in sick, I hope, because if not Managment needs a huge update.
Room's show their age in their older rooms, but it was semi-clean (better than Imperial Palace for sure) and the amenities are scarce (wifi didn't work well, food court was decent, but room service lacked anything after 1pm). Elevators sometimes got stuck when opening on certain floors...
Casino was fine, a hot table can be found anywhere... so as long as the dealers are cool, which they were, you're just fine,
The entrance from Vegas Boulevard is closed, so you have to enter from their side entrance...Vegas always under construction.
Overall, i'd stay here again only if I had to, but its not in my top 5 picks on hotels to stay at when in Vegas.
