  • There warranty is a complete joke.. warning, they will not cover crap and say too bad for you... recommend buy somewhere else that sells quality, this place is all low budget IMO Note: Problems Resolved 5 STARS After my post, I recieved a reply from a manager from the MOR corporate office asking if they could contact me. I gave them my number and yes the corporate manager did call me back. I told them of the situation I had with my furniture and with certain staff at this particular store, and how unhappy my wife and I were treated. The manager from the corporate office said he would like to resolve the issue I had with the warranty company and store staff. After a no hassle conversation with the corporate manager, I had all my complaints resolved with the issues on my furniture within a couple of days. The corporate office went above and beyond my expectations, I was very pleased with the prompt service. Note: I do want to compliment one employee at the store, as she was really nice. If you shop at this MOR store please ask for Missy, she an exceptional sales women.
