I'm giving one star because I absolutely love hobby lobby's selection. However, their staff is awful. They have no sense of urgency at all. Whenever a customer asks a question they never fail to be visibly annoyed by it. I came in today to pick up frames, and while I'm standing in a line of 6 people, there was FIVE employees including a manager standing around talking with one another about their personal lives. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only is it inconvenient for the customer, but I feel bad for the employees that are actually doing their job, because apparently they pay to you to do nothing here.
I usually never write negative reviews, I almost always write positive ones for credit where it is due. But as a business, Hobby Lobby needs to reconsider their standards for employees.
