  • Ken was a great help. After two hours at Sears to discover they have Zero tires the size I need Firestone didn't have the size either (thanks Honda for giving me some obscure size) ... Without missing a beat Ken researched which locations had the tire I need and asked what side of town would be more convenient. Ken called the Pecos Ridge location and told them I was coming over. Driving 35 mph on a donut is stressful and after Sears bad service I wasn't expecting much but Ken was super cool and helpful and restored my faith in car service. I'm now at Pecos Ridge Firestone and they were waiting for me with my tire. Happy.
