rev:text	Just has them (Raul & Andre) come out to do a $30 tune-up on my heat pump system. They just kept saying this part was bad, that unit wasn't installed properly or that wasn't repaired properly until Andre finally said it was his recommendation that the whole unit should be replaced. By that time I was so pissed off I told them just put everything back together and I would pay them the $30 and think about having them do amything else which I won't.
