  • Before you read this, know that I was a hairstylist up until about 3 years ago. Hairstylists know a good stylist and they know a bad one too. I don't know how this place has good reviews. Trying to schedule an appointment for a new client is horrible. Beth makes you chase her down. Her work is subpar. I had a cut and color. She razor cut my hair so horrible that I needed to take off 2 inches off my already short hair to fix it. As for the color, my coworkers referred to it as a messed up Cruella DeVile, and when my landlord first saw my hair, he immediately told me he knew someone who could fix it. When I first asked Beth to fix it, she refused to dye my hair back in the correct manner (she had bleached it and was planning on just throwing a red toner on it). I requested her to do it the correct way (a red one shade, one shade lighter than the color you want, followed by an application of the color you want) and she got defensive and refused. I paid her and left. Big mistake. I emailed her a few days later asking her again to fix it and she stated "she stands by her work." When I pressed, she could fit me in to redye it (again not the correct way to do it) in 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS? Seriously? If you're thinking about going to this place, don't, just don't. You'll thank me.
