  • EnviroSafe Pest Control is an absolute joke of an organization with horrible customer service. I have had a rat issue on my roof for the past 1.5 years. I called them since they came up on google first to get this taken care of. I explained the problem and they came out to check it out. They informed me that they can do rat control and will neutralize the problem. But before all of that, I signed up for bug control contract. I didn't really want to but I figured, hey these guys are going to handle the rate issue. Turns out, they just sat bait stations out in my yard. For $300. I had these things for months and nobody was communicating if they were working or anything. I still have rats. I wanted traps on my roof to get them. EnviroSafe said they can't legally get on the roof to take care of the rats. Okay cool I'll cancel the bait stations please come and get them. So I ran into the tech today and he said he didn't have documentation to get rid of the bait stations. Also, I had moved the stations which is apparently illegal. I had no idea. I said just get rid of them. He did. Here's the doozy. Just called to cancel the bug control because I know have a guy who will set traps on the roof and also do bug control. I called and spoke to Kurt and said I was dissapointed with the service and am using someone else. He asked who, I said I wasn't going to tell them, then he starts saying "I'm bashing his company, what the other guy is doing is illegal and I should just hang up the phone because he won't put up with that." I'm like "put up with what?" He says "just hang up the phone". I'm like "dude I'm not bashing your company, nobody communicated with me about the bait stations whether they were working, I'm using someone else and just want to cancel the service. So, you hang up". And he did. What a shitty customer service experience. So I'm posting this on multiple review websites, Facebook, google whatever. These guys are a ripoff, their customer service is crap and they're a bunch of babies. Don't believe the 5-star reviews they are fabricated.
